Work experience

Mr. Lv Lin has been engaged in the intellectual property industry since 2003 and joined Beyond Attorneys at Law in 2013. With more than 20 years of professional experience, he has represented numerous well-known domestic and foreign enterprises in a wide range of patent matters, boasting extensive practical experience in handling both domestic and international patent cases. The quality of the cases he has handled has won widespread praise from clients at home and abroad.

In addition, Mr. Lv Lin went to Munich, Germany in 2011 to study European patent systems and practices, and to Tokyo, Japan in 2013 to research Japanese patent systems and practices. He has also delivered a series of lectures on domestic and international patent practices for R&D personnel and IP practitioners of many domestic and foreign enterprises, which have received high recognition from the participants. In 2021, he was selected as a Leading Talent in Intellectual Property Services of Beijing by the Capital Intellectual Property Service Industry Association.
