Work experience

After graduation from Tongji University Minghai started working at Patent and Trademark Law Office of CCPIT in 1995. He passed the examination and qualified as a Chinese patent attorney in 1998. Since then Minghai has worked on hundreds of patent filings and prosecution cases covering various technical fields. He has been drafting patent application papers, preparing responses to office actions, and handling reexamination and invalidation cases.

So far Minghai has successfully represented numerous multinational corporations, such as BASF AG, Bayer AG, Henkel AG (also Henkel USA), Merk Group, Shell, etc. in patent prosecutions.

Furthermore, Minghai was appointed as chief representative of the Liaison Office of CCPIT, Patent & Trademark Law Office in Europe from April 2008 to March 2012.

In March 2014 Minghai joined Beyond Attorneys At Law.
