Work experience

Mr. Hou engaged in foreign trade service in a large petrochemical enterprise for three years. During this period, he was mainly responsible for the negotiation, implementation and supervision of equipment import, and the negotiating parties included major suppliers and trade representatives of the world’s mechanical and electrical industry, such as Mitsubishi, General Electric, Bosch, Siemens, Honeywell, etc. Later, he set foot onto the journey of patent agency, and up to now, he has worked in IP industry for more than 10 years, thereby accumulating rich experience in various business fields related to patents. The main Japanese customers include SONY, Sharp, Toyota Motor, Sumitomo Electric, Suzuki, Olympus, Shin-etsu Chemical, Toyota Loom, Aixin Seiji, Brother, Omron and the like. His main work includes patent filing, replying to office actions, reexamination of rejections, etc. in the pre-granted stage, validity appraisal, invalidation request and response, infringement appraisal, rights protection complaints, etc., in the exercise of power stage and replying to questions from Japanese clients.
